A second heart frames the exterior and is detailed around the inner perimeter with a scalloping of prong-set diamonds. The area between the black moissanite heart and the diamonds has a pierced spider web design. The top of the padlock, also set with diamonds has an attached diamond-set key while the side of the heart offers a beautiful cut-out design. The forty-three diamonds provide a .22 carat total diamond weight.
