The exterior is fashioned in a heart shape with a high polished white gold front and yellow gold back. Twenty-three round brilliant cut diamonds are gypsy-set around the pierced circle cutout in the middle dropping in three rows down the middle. A removable yellow gold bezel holds a quarter carat round shaped emerald that fits into the heart shaped exterior jacket. A 40cm (18") white gold beaded chain can be thread through both the emerald and heart or just the emerald or heart, providing three looks for the price on one!
